不织布发夹v3 Felt hair clip v3

终于有时间把第3批不织布发夹搬上来了。这一次感觉配色进步了。找到了一批彩色发夹。好喜欢哦！可是再去买却卖完了！纳闷。。

Finally I managed to upload my felt hair clips version 3. Seems like this time the color matching has been improved. I'm so happy that I found some colorful hair clips, however I'm unable to get more..

    do you use any specific cutter to cut out the flower shapes? Can you introduce me the cutter?
